Bridging The Wealth Gap

At just 10 years old Chloe' Nicole Neal is proving that young voices have the power to make a big impact. As a philanthropist, youth media host, entrepreneur, mental health advocate and model she creates platforms where conversations about beauty meets mental health, self-care and wealth empowerment!
I'm a girl who loves big conversations, bold styles, and helping my generation shine. I started Chloe' Nicole TV1 because I believe young people deserve a voice in the conversations that matter like mental health, self-care and building success early.

I'm proud to be the youngest member of The Black Philanthropy Circle alongside my mentor Alicia L. Wilson and Savonne L. Ferguson Co-founders of The Black Philanthropy Circle. For me, giving back isn't just something you do when you "make it"-it's part of who I am right now. Being in this incredible circle allows me to learn from amazing leaders, while also reminding others that youth voices matter in philanthropy too. I want to show my generation that we can change the trajectory, build wealth, and give back at the same time.
The Black Philanthropy Circle Fund is a non-profit 501 (c)3 donor advised fund focused on charitable giving to non-profit organizations committed to providing services for the betterment of African Americans within the Baltimore metropolitan area. The Fund will be used to make grants to 501(c)(3) non profits providing goods or services that directly support Black people and communities.
"The strength of the Black Philanthropy Circle lies not only in its collective resources but also, as Alicia Wilson, co-founder of BPC, reflects, "the sheer diversity within the group. It is a powerful convergence of an older generation of Black philanthropists with new generation who desires to use their resources, power and influence to positively impact a community that has given so much to them. Today, I am humbled and overjoyed to share that we have reached a remarkable milestone - $1Million in grants awarded in just four years!"
